Úrsula Schwarzhaupt is the Head of Regulation at the Chilean Superintendency and a professor at the Institute of Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She is a board member of the OECD Working Party on Private Pensions and Vice President of the International Organisation of Pension Supervisors (IOPS). She holds a degree in Business and a Master’s in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, as well as a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University. Previously, she served as Head of Research at the Ministry of Labor and as an economist at the Central Bank of Chile.
