A prominent Colombian attorney specializing in public policy and government affairs, with a strong track record in both the public and private sectors across Latin America. She currently serves as Director of Public Policy for North and South America at Amazon Web Services, where she leads engagement with governments and industry associations and advocates for regulations that foster business development.
Previously, she held the position of Vice President of Legal and Institutional Affairs at DirecTV Colombia starting in 2014, and before that served as Head of Regulation and Director of Institutional Affairs at the same company. In the public sector, she was Head of the Legal Office at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an advisor to the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies.
She holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and a master's degree in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the same university. She also earned a master’s degree in Administrative Law and Regulation from the University of Paris II, La Sorbonne.
