Macarena Navarrete

Lawyer from the University of Chile and Country Managing Partner of EY Chile. She currently leads EY Chile’s Executive Committee and is a member of EY’s Americas Inclusiveness Council and the South Latin America Regional Board, in addition to serving as sponsor of the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives in Chile. With more than 30 years of experience, she has developed much of her career at EY, leading strategic areas such as Tax Consulting and Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).

In addition to her professional career, she has had an outstanding business and industry leadership role, participating in organizations such as InBest, ICARE, ComunidadMujer, Chapter Zero, Mujer Impacta, Fundación Pro Bono, YPO and IWF. She previously served as counselor of SOFOFA and currently sits on the board of AMCHAM. She has also been repeatedly recognized among the “100 Leading Women in Chile” and actively participates as a panelist, columnist and speaker at national and international conferences.
