Hugo Briones

Undersecretary of Energy, Ministry of Energy of Chile

Electrical Civil Engineer from the University of Chile, with a career focused on the development, construction, and operation of power generation and transmission projects. The current Undersecretary holds an MBA in Advanced Management in International Business and Corporate Leadership from the University of Lleida. He began his career leading the construction of wind farms and later held positions at various companies in the energy and mining sectors.
