Diego Paulsen

Ambassador of Chile to the United Kingdom

Diego Paulsen Kehr, born in Temuco in 1987, is a lawyer trained at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. With a prior career in Chile's National Congress, where he served as a deputy and as Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, he was appointed Ambassador of Chile to the United Kingdom by President José Antonio Kast, in an appointment announced on 26 June 2026. In this role, he represents Chile's interests before the British government, strengthening political, trade and investment ties between both nations.
