Daniel Tugues

Daniel Tugues Andrés holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos) from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an MBA from IESE Business School and a Master's in Integrated Water Management from Veolia-UPC. He has more than twenty years of experience within the Veolia group, in operations and business-development roles in Spain and Chile, spanning both water and waste management. Before taking up his current role in 2025, he was General Manager of Aguas Andinas, Chile's leading water and sanitation company. From his current position, he leads the Spanish operation of one of the world's largest environmental-services companies, focusing on sustainability solutions and urban infrastructure.
