Lawyer from the University of Chile, where she obtained her Degree in Legal and Social Sciences with highest honors, and holds a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, United States.

In academia, she has served as Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the University of Chile since 2003. Professionally, she worked at the law firm Barros, Court y Correa and later developed her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA, where she currently serves as Director.
