Julián Herman is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile, holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and an MSc in Management of Technology (Sloan Fellow) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, investments, and corporate development, collaborating with leading companies across sectors such as Media, Financial Services, Mining, Telecommunications, Government, and Education. Throughout his career, he has worked in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, advising multinational, regional, and local firms on corporate strategy, new business evaluation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, among other areas.

Currently, he is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he leads BCG’s applied technology practice in Iberia, Central, and South America. He is also a board member, angel investor, and advisor in technology companies, and teaches in the Master’s in Innovation and MBA programs at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has been an Endeavor mentor since 2009 and was recognized as Volunteer of the Year in 2012 and 2018.
