Arturo Le Blanc

Lawyer from Universidad de Chile, with an LL.M. from Duke University and an MBA from ESE Business School. Since May 2022, he has served as CEO of Transelec, a company where he has a career spanning over 12 years and previously held the positions of Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Association of Energy Transmitters and a law professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His professional background includes experience at law firms in New York and Chile, and in 2019, he was recognized as "General Counsel of the Year" for Latin America.
