Minister of Economy and Mining of Chile

Agronomist with a specialization in Agricultural Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He currently serves as Minister of Economy, Development, and Tourism, as well as Minister of Mining of Chile, having taken office on March 11, 2026. His career spans more than three decades across the construction, infrastructure, and agriculture sectors, notably serving as President of the Ecomac Group. In the trade association sphere, he was President of the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC) in La Serena and Vice President of the Confederation of Production and Commerce (CPC).
