Susana Jiménez
President, Confederación de la Producción y del Comercio (CPC)
Commercial Engineer and Master in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and Master in Humanities from the Universidad del Desarrollo. Currently, she is the President of the Confederation of Production and Commerce (CPC), a position she assumed in December 2024. Between 2018 and 2019, she served as Minister of Energy in Chile. Previously, she developed a prominent technical career as an economist at the Central Bank of Chile and as deputy director of public policies at Libertad y Desarrollo (LyD). She has been a member of several boards of directors of top-tier companies, highlighting her role as vice president of Soprole and director at Banco de Chile, Esval, Essbio, and Nueva Pudahuel. In January 2026, she was honored as the 2025 Economist of the Year.
