Nicole was appointed Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Global Banking and Markets in the United States. In this role, she is responsible for driving the bank’s expansion and scale in that market, strengthening client service while safeguarding the Bank’s strength and stability.

In her previous role as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Nicole ensured that compliance, AML, and financial crime risks were effectively managed amid increasing regulatory expectations. She also established the Bank’s first Internal Controls unit and built strong teams around the world to proactively identify risks.

Nicole is a leader with broad and diverse experience in Risk Management, Global Banking and Markets, and International Banking.
